The Capstone Foundation team is passionate about connecting families in need to quality treatment. Each member of our board has either worked for a treatment provider, or has been on the receiving end of treatment for a loved one. Our board knows the importance of quality when considering treatment options, and our goal is to bridge the gap between those families who cannot afford them.

I have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in accounting and financial management from Abilene Christian University. A native of Hobbs, New Mexico, I moved to Searcy, Arkansas in 2011, where I currently live with my husband Russell.
I started working at Capstone Treatment Center in the fall of 2011. Starting out as Financial Coordinator and moving into the CFO and then Alumni Director roles has given me a unique opportunity to see multiple facets of the company. This has allowed me to gain an understanding of the financial component of treatment, as well as an understanding of the interpersonal connections and relationships that true recovery needs to thrive . My goal in working with The Capstone Foundation is to be able to use this job experience to help others on their journey towards mental health and healing.

I grew up in Clearwater, Florida, and moved to Arkansas in 2005 after attending Capstone Treatment Center as a 23-year-old. Capstone was the fourth treatment center I attended and ended up being my last. Capstone forever changed my life, and I am honored to give back by being a part of The Capstone Foundation board.
My wife, Kirstin, and I live in Little Rock, Arkansas. We have three children (Amelia, Afton, and Finn), who keep us energized and busy. We enjoy being outside and experiencing all our state has to offer in our free time. You will find us mountain biking, trout fishing, hiking, or spending time on the lake.
I started and currently run several businesses in the oil and gas, restaurant, and real estate industries. They are all based out of Little Rock. The mission of each company is to create opportunities using our God-given gifts. Each company accomplishes this differently, but we all work towards the same goal.
I am committed to using my gifts to create opportunities for others to receive world-class treatment by being on The Capstone Foundation Board. It is a privilege to use my experience to help others through a journey I have lived. I want to help others find life after addiction and aid those pursuing recovery.

I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Harding University.
My husband, Kyle, and I have three children: two boys and a girl (Benjamin, Luke and Hannah). These three keep us extremely busy and we try our best to keep these “littles” active and get their energy out by exploring new trails, fishing and throwing rocks in the river. We also have two “fur baby” labs (who are hardly babies and are now old pups), Conrad and Sasha.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I worked at Capstone Treatment Center from 2012-2020 as a Caseload and Admissions Therapist. I also continue to do contract work for them as needed. Working these capacities has given me experience in dealing with the importance of each stage of treatment as well as the central and integral role of the family system throughout the treatment process.
Working at Capstone has been (and will continue to be) one of the most humbling experiences of my life. This has changed me forever as a daughter, sister, mother, and wife. As I look back at the families I have worked with I believe there has been no greater work for me than fighting alongside and helping those who have struggled to overcome their hurts and wounds. My hope in being a part of The Capstone Foundation is to continue live out my heart and passion for helping individuals and their families find the healing and freedom they have been striving for.

Mom of Danny, Capstone graduate, April 2016
I grew up in southern California, where I graduated from USC with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing. I met and married my best friend and partner for life, Bob, and we moved to southern Idaho in 1994. We have 2 sons, Ryan and Danny. My passions are cycling (we owned a bike shop for 11 years!), skiing, hiking, travel & photography.
We were blessed to have been led to Capstone late 2015. Danny was 21 at the time of admission, a day I will never forget. It was the beginning of a transformation for him, me, and our family. I am in awe of the level of training and compassion of the therapists. The entire staff is dedicated to healing, not only of the client, but the entire family. Big Monday was eye-opening, and we were transformed by Family Week! I participated in a Mom’s Intensive, and Ryan participated in a Sibling Intensive to repair the divide that developed between him and Danny. Our lives have been forever changed. It was the hardest time our family has been through, but also the biggest blessing. I would not change a thing.
That is why I am honored to be on The Capstone Foundation board. To be able to offer help to families that may find it hard to afford Capstone, and give them the chance to transform their family, is a great privilege.
As for the puppies? I have always said that Dog is God spelled backwards. Because dogs are the closest thing we know to God’s unconditional love for us here on earth.
